Study: APACS 2004 Online Banking Survey
Date: October 1 2004
Of the people surveyed, 4% said they would automatically respond to an e-mail, supposedly from their bank, asking them to click on a link and re-enter their security details. Only 28% would check the veracity of such an e-mail with their bank first, while 65% would just ignore it.
