Password length enforced on the network

What password length do you enforce on your network?
We would love to believe that one out of five of organizations are currently enforcing password length requirements of 15 or more characters. This requirement combined with good passphrase selection training would make a tremendous improvement in authentication security. However, it is more likely that these folks, and only nine of them at that, aren't truly enforcing 15+ character passwords for a large population of normal users.
