Study: The CSO Perspective on Security Threats, Data Protection and Identity and Access Management Solutions Date: May 2003 11% of CSOs said that identity theft would have the greatest impact on their organization [compared to other security threats]. Only 6% of CSOs said that identity theft had the greatest impact on their awareness of security issues.
